    Literally the best AYCE in SFV. It's premium and has the premium price tag but it is SO SO SOOOO worth it. The rolls are a lot smaller so you can try many rolls without committing to something that you may not like. The salmon & tuna here is perfectly fatty. I literally was surprised at the quality. The service is very quick and friendly. The servers are constantly checking in and clean up plates and offer water every 10mins or so. I enjoy how the servers ensure that each plate that comes out of the kitchen has a beautiful presentation. Ambiance is casual. A lot parking and the amount of seating is plenty. I don't think I'd come here in a party over 6 but I am sure if you call ahead they can make an accommodation. I for sure will come back!

    AYCE...yessss. Great quality and offers half rolls. They do enforce the not leaving leftovers rule. Tip: the food on fire....the little cup is for the candle, it's not sauce!!

    Our favorite sushi spot in the valley! Always such a great experience! Wait times are never too bad, and had quick service, and quality fish! Plenty of seating with a chill sushi bar aesthetic! Can't go wrong with the great price and the great variety of rolls! Loved the different tama rolls and the variety of specialty rolls! If you're in a budget but still want good quality AYCE sushi, Aikan is the spot!

    Great service, sushi is fresh and food comes out on a timely manner. You can order either all you can eat or ala cart. A lot of tables, there's a bar table as well.
